Welcome to what has been a great week in Scala! Some 40,000 people began studying the free course with Scala creator Martin Odersky! It's not too late to join this and there's still time to submit your first assignment... until Tuesday 2 Oct 2012 in fact. It's fun to be back at school!

- Anthony Sloane (@inkytonik) published a project containing zsh definitions for various Scala commands (currently just scalac and scala). Just download and install as per the readme and you're away!
