Ilya’s article highlights the importance of including the ‘human factor’ when organisations are striving to become Change Agile, and he suggests that the major drivers of organisations’ strategic direction, the executives, have a bias towards implementing new technology as an instinctive fix towards obtaining an organisational competitive advantage, rather than them actively engaging with their workforce, which can be a risk.

This article also covers strategic departmental alignment, evolutionary v’s revolutionary change, change targets, differences between the aspirations of global workforces and an explanation regarding the meaning of being truly Change Agile.
